Return & Refund Policy – RP PoojaGhar

Welcome to RP PoojaGhar. We strive to provide high-quality pooja products and spiritual essentials to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene, religious, or consumable nature:

Opened pooja oils, dhoop, incense sticks, or ghee products
Customized or personalized pooja items
Perishable products
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be approved.

4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:

Defective items
Wrong items delivered
Products damaged during shipping

Exchange is subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
